以“一带一路”沿线国家和南亚、东南亚国家为主，兼顾其他国家。
三、招生专业
具体参照我校2025年公布的《2025年滇西科技师范学院外国留学生本科专业一览表》（附件1）
四、奖学金资助内容
1.免学费；
2.提供校内住宿；
3.提供生活费（2000元/月，累计发放10个月）；
4.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险。
五、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。
2.学历和年龄要求：来华攻读本科学历者，应当具有高中毕业同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁。
3.语言水平要求：申请攻读本科学历者，中文能力须达到《国际汉语能力标准》HSK四级180分（HSK证书有效期两年)。
六、申请流程
1.采用线上申请的方式，符合申请资格的申请人将清晰的电子版材料提交至滇西科技师范学院对外合作交流处邮箱：dskgjhz@163.com。
2.请于2025年4月10日前提交申请材料，逾期不予受理。
七、申请材料
1.《外国留学生云南省政府奖学金申请表》（附件2）；
2.申请者本人签名的《滇西科技师范学院来华留学生入学申请表》（附件3）
3.护照复印件；
4.最高学历证书和成绩单原件扫描件；
5.应届毕业生须提供预毕业证明，注册报到时须补交毕业证和学位证等材料；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件;
6.汉语水平达HSK四级180分或以上证书复印件（2年内有效）；国内学校出具的语言水平测试证明（最高学历授课语言为中文的申请者，免交HSK证书，但须提供国内学校授课语言证明）；
7.来华学习计划（用中文或英文书写）;
8.《外国人体格检查记录》（附件4）扫描件，来华时请带原件;
9.无犯罪记录证明（6个月以内有效）;
10.本人证件照，以护照号码命名（照片格式：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为 100-500KB，JPG格式)。
注：以上材料均为必备材料，材料不齐者不予录取；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件的扫描件；注册学籍时须补交毕业证和学位证等相关材料的原件。
八、录取及通知
1.滇西科技师范学院将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，并对初审合格者进行线上面试，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅，对符合条件者，择优录取；
2.录取名单确认后，滇西科技师范学院第一时间将录取材料发送至奖学金获得者邮箱；
3.奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
4.奖学金获得者若不能在规定的期限内到校完成学籍注册，其奖学金资格不予保留。

WYNU Admissions for International Students Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Program 2025

Mainlyopening to countries along “the Belt and Road” and South Asian and Southeast Asian countries. Applicants from othercountries are also welcomed.

Ⅳ.Scholarship Standards
1. Free tuition fees;
2. Provide on-campus accommodation;
3. Provide living expenses(2000 yuan/month, 10 months a year);
4. Provide comprehensive medical insurance for international students studying in China.
V.Application Requirements
1.Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than China, and be in good health both mentally and physically;
2.Academic and Age Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Program applicants must be a high school graduate under the age of 25.
3.Language Requirements
Language RequirementsApplicants for degree programs must have achievedHSK level 4 with a total score no less than 180, valid for 2 years.
VI.ApplicationProcedure
1.Online application
Applicants who meet the requirements mustsubmit all the applicationdocuments to the email address of the Exchangeand Cooperation Office ofWYNU: dskgjhz@163.com.
2.Please submit all the application documents before April10, 2025. Overdue application will not be accepted.
VII.Application Documents
1.Application Form for Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students(Attachment2).
2.West Yunnan University Application Form for International Students signed by the applicant themselves (Attachment3).
3.A photocopy of a valid passport.
4.Thescanned copy of the highest academic certificate and transcript.
5.Prospective degreewinners must submit official proof of student status by their current school, and when registering for registration, they must submit their graduation certificate and degree certificate; Materials other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
6.Copy of certificate with HSK Level 4 score of 180 or above in Chinese proficiency (valid for 2 years); A language proficiency test certificate issued by a domestic school (applicants with the highest educational level taught in Chinese are exempt from submitting HSK certificates, but must provide proof of the language of instruction from the domestic school).
7.Study Plan for China (Written in Chinese or English).
8.Foreigner Physical Examination Form(the results is valid only for 6 months)(Attachment4)
9.Non-criminal record (the results is valid only for 6 months)
10.Personal ID photo, named after passport number (Photo reference format: 2-inch color crown-free ID photo. The white background has no borders, the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size, the photo size is not less than 320 * 240 pixels, the aspect ratio is 4: 3, the size between 100 KB and 500KB, JPG format.)
Note: The above documents are necessary, and those with incomplete materials will not be accepted; notarized translation must be provided if any of the documents is not in Chinese or English. ; The original script of the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other relevant materials shall be submitted when registering the student status.
Ⅷ. Admission and Notification
1.After assessment by experts from West Yunnan University,we will conduct online interviews for the applicants who have passed the preliminary examination.The documents of qualified applicants will be delivered to the Education Department of Yunnan Province, it is a merit-based enrollment;
2.After the admission list is confirmed, West Yunnan University will send the admission materials to the mailbox of the scholarship winner as soon as possible;
3.Scholarship winners shall not change their majors and study duration in principle;
4.If the scholarship winner fails to complete the student registration in the university within the registration period, his scholarship qualification will not be retained.
