滇西科技师范学院2025年汉语言进修生招生简章

一、学校概况

滇西科技师范学院始建于1978年，是云南省最年轻的省属公办本科院校之一。学校地处气候宜人、生态优美、人文荟萃、物产丰饶的云南省临沧市，该地作为中国少有的避暑避寒、宜居宜游城市，被誉为“中国十佳绿色城市”和“中国恒春之都”。学校总用地面积72.49万m²，设有14个二级学院，34个本科专业，全日制在校生1万余人。现有教职工900余人，专任教师482人，高级职称277人，博士、硕士470人，“双师型”教师145人。办学至今，学校先后招收缅甸、泰国、柬埔寨等南亚东南亚等地留学生近500人，着力培养“品格优秀、基础扎实、技能娴熟”高素质应用型人才。

三、学习内容

汉语进修班设有初级一、初级二、中级一、中级二以及高级五个不同级别的班级，语言课为必修课，文化课为选修课。

四、申请时间

常年招生，2025年申请截止时间：2025年6月前（2025年9月入学），逾期申请则第二年春季学期入学（2026年3月入学）。

五、申请资格

（一）遵守中国的法律法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯，品德良好；

（二）身体健康，符合国家颁布的“外国来华留学生健康检查标准”，持有有效普通护照的外国公民；

（三）年龄满18周岁以上、55周岁以下；

（四）符合《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》（教外函〔2020〕12号）有关规定。

六、申请方式

符合申请资格的申请人采取线上申请的方式，将清晰的电子版材料提交至滇西科技师范学院对外合作交流处邮箱：dskgjhz@163.com。

七、申请材料

（一）申请者本人签名的《滇西科技师范学院来华留学生入学申请表》（附件1）；

（二）无犯罪记录证明（6个月以内有效）；

（三）存款证明（银行开具的存款证明或其经济担保人的工作收入证明，其存款不得低于第一学年须缴纳的学费、住宿费、保险费、办理居留许可费用、生活费及一次性往返交通费）；

（四）《外国人体格检查表》（6个月以内有效）（附件2）；

（五）在华事务担保人出具的担保书（附件3）；

（六）最后学历证书的复印件或大学在读证明；

（七）本人护照复印件；

（八）年龄未满十八周岁且父母不在中国境内常住的申请者，须由其父母委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人作为该生的监护人，并出具委托书，同时提供该监护人的相关证明材料。

注：以上材料均为必备材料，材料不齐者不予录取；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件的扫描件。

八、录取

滇西科技师范学院将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审。申请材料审核合格后，滇西科技师范学院将向已录取学生发送录取材料。

九、入学报到

（一）入学报到具体时间及要求以录取通知书为准；

（二）新生报到时应出具上述所有申请材料原件，不能提供真实原件者将被取消录取资格；

（三）如有特殊原因不能按时报到者，须以书面形式提前向学校申请，且请假日期不得迟于《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW表、DQ表）中规定的注册截止日期，获批后可延期报到；未经批准不按时报到者，取消入学资格。

学习时间不满三个月的留学生，按实际居住天数结算，每个床位每天25元/天（参照一等公寓的收费标准）。
保险费		根据学习期限，留学生须按照国家规定购买中国政府认可的留学生保险，现行标准为800元/年，投保金额变化时另行通知。

（二）校级奖学金申请条件

1.申请人须为外国籍公民，必须遵守中国法律法规和国家政策，遵守校（院）的有关规定，无犯罪记录；

2.申请人须满足滇西科技师范学院留学生入学要求；

3.尊敬师长、团结同学、学习勤奋、诚实守信;

4.参评学年未受到纪律处分；

5.参评学年学业成绩优秀且未同时获得其他各类奖学金。

（三）校级奖学金奖励标准

1. 校级新生奖学金奖励标准

一等奖学金：9000元/年，二等奖学金：7000元/年，三等奖学金：5000元/年，不满一年的按实际进修月份折算。

2. 校级优秀奖学金奖励标准

一等奖学金：8000元/年，二等奖学金：6000元/年，三等奖学金：4000元/年，不满一年的按实际进修月份折算。

WYNU Admissions for International Students Chinese Language Programs（ Non-degree）2025

Ⅰ.About WYNU

West Yunnan University（WYNU）was founded in 1978and is one of the youngest provincial public undergraduate colleges in Yunnan Province, P.R.China. WYNU is located in Lincang City, Yunnan Province, with a pleasant climate, beautiful ecology, rich humanities and abundant resources. It is known as the "Noblest Tea Origin, Ever-spring Capital and Health-nourishing Resort". With over 900 faculty members, including 477 full-time teachers, 199 professors and associate professors, WYNU can offer 34undergraduate programs in 14 schools. The university has over 10000 students, involving oversea students. Since its establishment, WYNUhas recruited nearly 500 international students from South and Southeast Asia, such as Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia, focusing on cultivating high-quality applied talents with excellent character, solid foundation, and skilled skills.

Ⅲ.Class Information

There are mainly5different levels of classes for Chinese language programs.Elementary I, Elementary Ⅱ, Intermediate I, IntermediateⅡ, and Advanced.Languagecourses are compulsory and culture courses are elective.

Ⅳ.Application Deadline

Regular enrollment, application deadline for 2025: before June, 2025 (enrollment in September 2025). Late applications will be accepted in the spring semester of the following year (enrollment in March 2026).

Ⅴ.Application Requirement

1.The applicant mustabide by the Chinese laws and regulationsof WYNU, respect Chinese customs and habits, and have good moral character;  

2.Foreign citizens who are physically healthy, meet the “Health Examination Standards for Foreign Students Studying in China” issued by the Chinese, and hold valid ordinary passports;

3.Age requirement: 18-55 years old;

VII.Application Documents

1.WYNU Application Form For International Studentssigned by the applicant themselves

2.Non-criminal record (the results is valid only for 6 months)

3.Deposit certificate (a deposit certificate issued by a bank or a work income certificate of its economic guarantor, whose deposit shall not be less than the tuition fees, accommodation fees, insurance premiums, residence permit fees, living expenses, and one-time round-trip transportation fees that must be paid in the first academic year).

4.Foreigner Physical Examination Form(the results is valid only for 6 months)

5.Guarantee letter issued by the guarantor for affairs in China

6.Copy of the final academic certificate or proof of university enrollment

7.A photocopy of a valid passport

8.If the applicant is under the age of 18 and his parents do not live permanently in China, his parents are required to formally entrust a foreigner or Chinese who lives permanently in China as the guardian of the student, and provide relevant supporting materials.

Note: The above documents are necessary, and those with incomplete materials will not be accepted; notarized translation must be provided if any of the documents is not in Chinese or English.

Ⅷ.Admissions

Decisions are made on comprehensive review of application documents. West YunnanUniversity will send the admissions documents to admitted students.  

 

Ⅸ.Registration

1.Please refer to “Admission Notice” for the registration time and requirements.  

2.Admitted students need to provide all the original application documents upon registration, Failure of providing authentic originals may result in disqualification of admission.  

3.Admitted students who are not able to complete registration on time due to anyreason should to ask for permission with a written statement sent through email atleast the registration deadline of Visa Application for Study in China(JW Form, DQ Form),If admitted students do not register on time withoutpermission, the admission qualification will be canceled.

Short term Chinese language training program students: tuition fees are determined through specific negotiations with foreign universities or institutions based on the number of students and class sizes, duration, class hours, and course offerings.

International students who have studied for less than three months will be charged based on their actual number of days of residence, with each bed costing 25 yuan per day (according to the charging standards of first-class apartments).
Medical Insurance		According to the study period, international students must purchase Chinese government recognized international student insurance in accordance with national regulations. The current standard is 800 yuan/person/year, and the insured amount will be notified separately when it changes.

2.Requirements for applying for school level scholarships

(1)The applicant must be a foreign citizen, abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and national policies, comply with relevant regulations of WYNU, and have no criminal record;

(2)Applicants must meet the admission requirements for international students at WYUN;

(3)Respect teachers, unite classmates, study diligently, be honest and trustworthy;

(4)Have not been disciplined during the academic year of participation in the evaluation;

(5)Outstanding academic performance in the participating academic year and not receiving any other types of scholarships at the same time.
