一、适用范围
（一）适用地区
临沧市友好城市。
（二）招收对象
1.申请者应是来自临沧友好城市的留学生，对华友好，身体健康。
2.申请人应遵守中国政府的法律法规，行为良好，符合学校录取要求。
（三）学历和年龄要求
1.任何申请本科或三年制大专课程的人，必须在25岁以下（含25岁），并持有高中文凭或同等证书。
2.任何非学历语言的申请人都应持有高中文凭或同等证书，必须符合该项目的相关要求。
二、招收类别
（一）非学历生（语言预科生）：学习汉语及相关文化课为主，适用于汉语基础较差的学生，学制为1至2年；
（二）学历生（专科生、本科生）：学习师范类专业及非师范类应用型专业为主，学制为3至4年。
三、语言能力要求
以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的中文能力要求应当至少达到汉语语言水平HSK4级或相应语言水平。不达标者，可申请1/2+N模式，进行一年至两年语言进修，语言水平达标后可申请学历教育，选择意向专业，语言进修期间可旁听意向专业课程。
注：来校就读学生可选择1/2+N模式攻读有关专业，即：1-2年的汉语学习，则无需提供语言证明。
四、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（一式两份）：
（一）学历生（专科生、本科生）
1.申请者本人签名的《来华留学生入学申请表》；
2.个人证明材料：无犯罪记录证明，经济保证证明，健康体检证明；
3.在华事务担保人出具的担保书；
4.最后学历证书的复印件或大学在读证明；
5.高中或大学的成绩单或同等教育层次的成绩单；
6.语言能力证明材料（HSK证书复印件或学校出具的语言水平测试证明）；
7.护照复印件等。
(二)非学历生（一年及一年以下的学习项目）
1.申请者本人签名的《来华留学生入学申请表》；
2.个人证明材料：无犯罪记录证明，经济保证证明，健康体检证明；
3.在华事务担保人出具的担保书；
4.最后学历证书的复印件或大学在读证明；
5.护照复印件等。
五、录取及通知
（一）滇西科技师范学院将协同市外办，对推荐人员进行审核并决定是否录取。
（二）滇西科技师范学院向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）、《入学指南》等录取材料；
（三）奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
（四）不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
六、资助标准
（一）非学历生（语言预科生）
生均：26100元人民币/学年。
（二）学历生（专科生、本科生）
生均：30100元人民币/学年。

SISTER-CITIES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2023
I. Admission Category
1) Scholarship coverage
Sister-cities of Lincang (including Cambodia and other countries and regions）
2) Application eligibility
jApplicants should be a citizen of a country from sister-cities of Lincang, who are friendly to China and in good health.
kApplicants should obey the laws and regulations of Chinese Government, behave well and meet the admission requirements of West Yunnan University (WYNU).
3) Application requirement
jApplicants for an undergraduate or 3-year college program must be under or at the age of 25 and obtained a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.
kApplicants for a non-degree education program should have a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate, and he/she must meet the relevant requirements of the program.
II. Enrollment Category
1) Non-degree students (language preparatory students)
Applicants should mainly study courses of Chinese and culture, which is suitable for students with poor Chinese level (a duration of 1 or 2 years);
2) Degree students (including undergraduate and college students)
Applicants should mainly study education majors or major in non-educational application-directed specialties (a duration of 3 to 4 years).
Ⅲ. Language Proficiency Requirements
The disciplines and majors that use Chinese as professional language require language proficiency at least reach the level of HSK4 or equivalent language proficiency. Those who do not meet the standards can apply for a 1/2+N mode for one to two years of language study. During the period, they can attend the courses of their intended major. Those who meet the language proficiency standards can apply for academic education and choose their intended major.
Notification: Students who choose the 1/2+N mode (1-2 years of Chinese language learning) do not need to provide language proficiency proof.
Ⅳ. Application Materials
Applicants must truthfully fill out and submit the following application materials (in duplicate):
1) Degree students (college students, undergraduate)
jApplication Form for International Students signed by the applicants;
kPersonal proof materials: non-criminal record report (police check), proof of financial guarantee, physical examination record;
lGuardian letter issued by the guardian for affairs in China;
mA copy of the notarized highest diploma or proof of university certificate;
nHigh school, college or equivalent educational qualification transcripts;
oLanguage qualification certificates (copy of HSK certificate or language proficiency test certificate issued by the school);
p Copy of passport photo page, etc.
2) Non-degree students (language preparatory students)
jApplication Form for International Students signed by the applicant;
kPersonal proof materials: non-criminal record report (police check), proof of financial guarantee, physical examination record;
lGuardian letter issued by the guardian for affairs in China;
mA copy of the notarized highest diploma or proof of university certificate;
nCopy of passport photo page, etc.
Ⅴ. Admission and Notification
1) The Municipal Foreign Affairs Office verifies the recommended personnel collaboratively with WYNU;
2) Scholarship applicants admission materials such as the "Admission Notice", "Visa Application for Study in China" (JW201 Form), and "Admission Guide" will be sent by WYNU;
3) Scholarship applicants are not allowed to change their majors or study periods in principle;
4) Scholarship qualifications will not be retained for students who cannot come to China before the admission deadline.

2) Degree students: CNY 30100 / year
