一、学校概况
滇西科技师范学院始建于1978年，是云南省最年轻的省属公办本科院校之一。学校地处气候宜人、生态优美、人文荟萃、物产丰饶的云南省临沧市，该地作为中国少有的避暑避寒、宜居宜游城市，被誉为“中国十佳绿色城市”和“中国恒春之都”。学校总用地面积73.27万㎡，设有14个二级学院，37个本科专业，全日制在校生1.6万余人。现有教职员工811人，其中自有专任教师548人，高级职称274人，博士、硕士496人。办学至今，学校先后招收缅甸、泰国、柬埔寨等南亚东南亚的留学生近500人，着力培养“品格优秀、基础扎实、技能娴熟”的高素质应用型人才。

三、学习内容
汉语进修班设有初级一、初级二、中级一、中级二以及高级五个不同级别的班级，语言课为必修课，文化课为选修课。

四、申请时间
常年招生，2026年申请截止时间：2026年6月前（2026年9月入学），逾期申请则第二年春季学期入学（2027年3月入学）。
五、申请资格
（一）遵守中国的法律法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯，品德良好；
（二）身体健康，符合国家颁布的“外国来华留学生健康检查标准”，持有有效普通护照的外国公民；
（三）年龄满18周岁以上、55周岁以下；
（四）符合《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》（教外函〔2020〕12号）有关规定。
六、申请方式
符合申请资格的申请人采取线上申请的方式，将清晰的电子版材料提交至滇西科技师范学院对外合作交流处邮箱：dskgjhz@163.com。
七、申请材料
（一）申请者本人签名的《滇西科技师范学院来华留学生入学申请表》（附件1）；
（二）无犯罪记录证明（6个月以内有效）；
（三）存款证明（银行开具的存款证明或其经济担保人的工作收入证明，其存款不得低于第一学年须缴纳的学费、住宿费、保险费、办理居留许可费用、生活费及一次性往返交通费）；
（四）《外国人体格检查表》（6个月以内有效）（附件2）；
（五）在华事务担保人出具的担保书（附件3）；
（六）最后学历证书的复印件或大学在读证明；
（七）本人护照复印件；
（八）年龄未满十八周岁且父母不在中国境内常住的申请者，须由其父母委托在中国境内常住的外国人或者中国人作为该生的监护人，并出具委托书，同时提供该监护人的相关证明材料。
注：以上材料均为必备材料，材料不齐者不予录取；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件的扫描件。
八、录取
滇西科技师范学院将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审。申请材料审核合格后，滇西科技师范学院将向已录取学生发送录取材料。
九、入学报到
（一）入学报到具体时间及要求以录取通知书为准；
（二）新生报到时应出具上述所有申请材料原件，不能提供真实原件者将被取消录取资格；
（三）如有特殊原因不能按时报到者，须以书面形式提前向学校申请，且请假日期不得迟于《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW表、DQ表）中规定的注册截止日期，获批后可延期报到；未经批准不按时报到者，取消入学资格。

十一、奖学金项目及申请条件
（一）校级奖学金类别

（二）校级奖学金申请条件
1.申请人须为外国籍公民，必须遵守中国法律法规和国家政策，遵守校（院）的有关规定，无犯罪记录；
2.申请人须满足滇西科技师范学院留学生入学要求；
3.尊敬师长、团结同学、学习勤奋、诚实守信；
4.参评学年未受到纪律处分；
5.参评学年学业成绩优秀且未同时获得其他各类奖学金。
（三）校级奖学金奖励标准
1. 校级新生奖学金奖励标准
一等奖学金：9000元/年，二等奖学金：7000元/年，三等奖学金：5000元/年，不满一年的按实际进修月份折算。
2. 校级优秀奖学金奖励标准
一等奖学金：8000元/年，二等奖学金：6000元/年，三等奖学金：4000元/年，不满一年的按实际进修月份折算。

WYNU 2026 Admissions for International Students Chinese Language Programs（Non-degree）
Ⅰ. About WYNU
West Yunnan University（WYNU）was founded in 1978 and is one of the youngest provincial public undergraduate colleges in Yunnan Province, P.R.China. WYNU is located in Lincang City, Yunnan Province, with a pleasant climate, beautiful ecology, rich humanities and abundant resources. It is known as the "Noblest Tea Origin, Ever-spring Capital and Health-nourishing Resort". With 811 faculty members, including 548 full-time teachers, 274 professors and associate professors, WYNU can offer 37 undergraduate programs in 14 schools. The university has over 10000 students, involving oversea students. Since its establishment, WYNU has recruited nearly 500 international students from South and Southeast Asia, such as Myanmar, Thailand, and Cambodia, focusing on cultivating high-quality applied talents with excellent character, solid foundation, and skilled skills.

The Chinese language training program is offered at five levels: Elementary I, Elementary II, Intermediate I, Intermediate II, and Advanced. Language courses are required; culture courses are elective.

Ⅳ. Application Period
Admissions are open year‑round. For September 2026 entry, applications must be submitted by June 2026. Late applications will be deferred to the spring term of the following year (March 2027 entry).
Ⅴ. Eligibility Requirements
1. Abide by Chinese laws and university regulations, respect local customs, and demonstrate good character;
2. Be in good health and meet the national “Health Examination Standards for Foreigners Studying in China”; hold a valid ordinary passport;
3. Be between 18 and 55 years old;

Ⅵ. How to Apply
Eligible applicants should apply online and email clear electronic copies of all required documents to the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange at dskgjhz@163.com.
VII. Required Application Materials
1.WYNU Application Form For International Students signed by the applicants themselves
2. Certificate of no criminal record (issued within the last 6 months)
3.Proof of financial support (bank deposit certificate or guarantor’s proof of employment/income). Funds must cover first‑year tuition, housing, insurance, residence permit fees, living expenses, and one round‑trip flight.
4. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (valid within 6 months) (Attachment 2)
5. Letter of guarantee from a guarantor living in China (Attachment 3)
6. Copy of highest academic credential or proof of current university enrollment
7. Copy of passport
8. For applicants under 18 whose parents do not live in China: a power of attorney appointing a guardian in China (Chinese or foreign national), along with the guardian’s supporting documents.
Note: Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include notarized Chinese or English translations (scanned copies).
Ⅷ. Admission Process
The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange organizes experts to review all applications. Applicants who pass the review will receive an official admission notice and related materials.
Ⅸ. Registration
1. Registration dates and requirements will be provided in the admission notice.
2. New students must present original versions of all application documents at registration. Failure to provide genuine originals will result in cancellation of admission.
3. Students unable to register on time must submit a written request for leave before the registration deadline listed on the JW/DQ form. If approved, registration may be deferred. Failure to report without approved leave will result in cancellation of admission.

2. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be foreign nationals who follow Chinese laws and university rules and have no criminal record;
Meet the university’s international student admission standards;
Respect faculty, work well with classmates, study diligently, and maintain academic integrity;
Have no disciplinary sanctions during the evaluation year;
Demonstrate strong academic performance and may not receive other scholarships simultaneously.
3. Scholarship Award Standards
(1) New Student Scholarship (prorated for study periods under one year)
First Prize: 9,000 RMB/year
