以“一带一路”共建国家、南亚、东南亚国家及RCEP成员国为主，兼顾其他国家。

四、奖学金资助内容
1.免学费；
2.提供校内住宿；
3.提供生活费（2000元/月，累计发放10个月）；
4.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险。
五、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康。
2.学历和年龄要求：来华攻读本科学历者，应当具有高中毕业同等学历，学习成绩优秀，入学时年龄一般不超过25周岁。
3.语言水平要求：申请攻读本科学历者，中文能力须达到《国际汉语能力标准》HSK四级180分（HSK证书有效期两年，或同等水平其他证明材料)。
六、申请流程
1.采用线上申请的方式，符合申请资格的申请人将清晰的电子版材料提交至滇西科技师范学院对外合作交流处邮箱：dskgjhz@163.com。
2.请于2026年3月25日前提交申请材料，逾期不予受理。
七、申请材料
1.《外国留学生云南省政府奖学金申请表》（附件2）；
2.申请者本人签名的《滇西科技师范学院来华留学生入学申请表》（附件3）
3.护照复印件；
4.最高学历证书和成绩单原件扫描件；
5.应届毕业生须提供预毕业证明，注册报到时须补交毕业证和学位证等材料；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件；
6.汉语水平达HSK四级180分或以上证书复印件（2年内有效）；国内学校出具的语言水平测试证明（最高学历授课语言为中文的申请者，免交HSK证书，但须提供国内学校授课语言证明）；
7.来华学习计划（用中文或英文书写）;
8.《外国人体格检查记录》（附件4）扫描件，来华时请带原件；
9.无犯罪记录证明（6个月以内有效）；
10.本人证件照，以护照号码命名（照片格式：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为 100-500KB，JPG格式)。
注：以上材料均为必备材料，材料不齐者不予录取；中英文以外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件的扫描件；注册学籍时须补交毕业证和学位证等相关材料的原件。
八、录取及通知
1.滇西科技师范学院将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，并对初审合格者进行线上面试，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅，对符合条件者，择优录取；
2.录取名单确认后，滇西科技师范学院第一时间将录取材料发送至奖学金获得者邮箱；
3.奖学金获得者原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
4.奖学金获得者若不能在规定的期限内到校完成学籍注册，其奖学金资格不予保留。

West Yunnan University (WYNU) 2026 Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students Admissions Guidelines
I. Program Overview
Full-time undergraduate programs
II. Eligible Countries
Priority is given to applicants from “Belt and Road” partner countries, as well as nations in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and RCEP member states. Applicants from other countries will also be considered.
III. Available Majors
Please refer to the “2026 Undergraduate Programs for International Students at WYNU” (Attachment 1).
Ⅳ. Scholarship Coverage
The Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship provides:
1. Full tuition waiver;
2. Free on-campus housing;
3. A monthly living stipend of RMB 2,000 (disbursed for 10 months per academic year);
4. Comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China.
V. Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicants must be non‑Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health;
2. Academic and age criteria: Applicants for undergraduate programs must hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) with strong academic performance. Typically, applicants must be no older than 25 at the time of enrollment.
3. Language proficiency: Applicants must have achieved HSK Level 4 with a minimum score of 180 (certificate valid for two years), or provide equivalent proof of Chinese proficiency.
VI. Application Process
1.All applications must be submitted online. Qualified applicants should send clear electronic copies of all required documents to the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange at: dskgjhz@163.com.
2. The application deadline is March 25, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
VII. Required Application Materials
1.Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form for International Students (Attachment 2).
2.West Yunnan University Application Form for International Students signed by the applicants themselves (Attachment 3).
3. Passport copy.
4. Scanned copies of the highest diploma and academic transcripts.
5. Prospective graduates must provide a pre‑graduation certificate. Original diploma and degree certificates must be submitted upon registration. Documents not in Chinese or English must include notarized Chinese or English translations.
6. Copy of HSK Level 4 (180+) certificate, valid within two years; A language proficiency certificate issued by the applicant’s current school. Applicants whose highest degree program was taught in Chinese are exempt from submitting an HSK certificate, but must provide an official document from their institution verifying that Chinese was the language of instruction.
7. Study plan in Chinese or English.
8. Scanned copy of the “Foreigner Physical Examination Form” (Attachment 4); the original must be brought when entering China.
9. Certificate of no criminal record (issued within the past six months).
10. Passport‑style photo named using the applicant’s passport number (requirements: color, 2‑inch, white background, no borders, head occupying two‑thirds of the image; minimum resolution 320×240 pixels; 4:3 ratio; 100–500 KB; JPG format).
Note: All required materials must be submitted in full. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include notarized translations. Original diplomas and degree certificates must be presented during registration.
Ⅷ. Admission and Notification
1. The university will organize an expert panel to review application materials. Applicants who pass the initial review will be invited to an online interview. Final candidates will be recommended to the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, and admission will be granted based on merit;
2. Once admission is finalized, the university will email admission documents to scholarship recipients;
3. Scholarship recipients are generally not permitted to change their major or program duration;
4. Recipients who fail to register within the required timeframe will forfeit their scholarship eligibility.
